Net City Unggul is a leading electronics and gadget store in Sragen, Jawa Tengah. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology and has excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, managing sales transactions, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Manage cash and credit card transactions.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.,Stock and organize products on the sales floor.,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Good knowledge of electronics and gadgets.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic accounting and cash handling procedures.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
