As a Finance Assistant / Executive at Recruit Express, you'll handle the end-to-end AP and AR processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections. You'll work closely with our finance team, using tools like QuickBooks and Excel to streamline our financial operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the Accounts Payable process, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor communications.
- Oversee the Accounts Receivable process, including invoice issuance, collections, and credit control.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions using QuickBooks.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Support the finance team in reconciling bank statements and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable functions.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Familiarity with recruitment industry financial processes is a plus.
