📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.,Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop sales assistants to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
