📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, and other desserts.
• Creating and testing new recipes to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Ensuring that all pastries and desserts are visually appealing and meet customer expectations.
• Working closely with the culinary team to ensure that our desserts are prepared and served on time.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in pastry and dessert preparation.
• Maintaining a clean and organized pastry department.
• Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed in the preparation and serving of desserts.
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Proven ability to prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other desserts.
• Strong knowledge of pastry and dessert preparation techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction from the culinary team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
