📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to the needs of individual students.,Conduct one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to help students improve their academic performance.,Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students to help them understand their strengths and areas for improvement.,Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.,Collaborate with other tutors and educational staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance teaching methods.,Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and performance.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Experience with online teaching platforms and tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Certification in teaching or education-related field is a plus.,Passionate about education and committed to helping students achieve their goals.
