📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.,Identify and target potential customers, including corporate clients, tour operators, and individual travelers.,Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, packages, and special offers.,Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor market trends and competition to adapt and improve sales strategies.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive guest experience.,Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to achieve sales goals.,Report on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of the hospitality market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
