📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of semiconductor testing equipment.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections to identify and resolve any issues that may affect product quality.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure the smooth operation of the production line.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any production challenges and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production data and quality metrics.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor testing processes and equipment.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in manufacturing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
