📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth flow of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
• Proven track record of improving warehouse operations and productivity.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
