📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth running of the restaurant.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and improve service quality.,Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of local regulations and standards for food safety and health.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.
