📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.,Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address safety and quality issues.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, drawings, and schedules.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff on safety procedures and best practices.,Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement innovative solutions for site improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
