📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.,Assist in training and developing store staff.,Participate in store promotions and special events.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Experience in the retail industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
