📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions and provide information about banking products and services.,Manage cash operations, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.,Assist in the preparation and organization of sales reports and financial records.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the banking industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
