📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store,Manage and train store staff to maintain high service standards,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Manage inventory levels and ordering processes,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement plans

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using retail management software,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer trends
