📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the shipping process for export orders, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee freight contracts and negotiate with shipping agents to secure the best rates and services.
• Coordinate with international logistics providers to ensure compliance with export regulations and customs requirements.
• Monitor shipping performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in global logistics and supply chain management.
• Provide regular reports on shipping performance and recommend strategic initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant export laws and regulations, including those related to trade sanctions and customs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in shipping and logistics, with a focus on export operations.
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with shipping agents and international partners.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience with freight forwarding and international shipping is a plus.
