The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for maintaining high standards of vehicle care and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers and service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize operational costs.,Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Provide support to the operations team to ensure smooth vehicle deployment and retrieval.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.,Maintain a high level of vehicle cleanliness and presentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficient in using fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
