📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily cash handling operations,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions,Provide excellent customer service to both staff and customers,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to the management,Train and mentor junior cashiers on best practices and procedures,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or retail industry,Proven track record of managing cash handling operations,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
