📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain relationships with key hiring partners and industry recruiters.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Lead and mentor junior talent acquisition team members.,Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in leading and managing a team.,Proficient in using HRIS and other recruitment software.
