The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Monitor and report sales performance, and provide regular updates to the management team.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the required standards of service and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
