At AME Art & Education Club, we believe in the power of art to transform lives. Our programs are designed to foster creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration. As an instructor, you'll work closely with students aged 8-16, helping them develop their artistic skills and build confidence. You'll use a variety of tools and techniques, including digital art software like Adobe Creative Suite, traditional art materials, and interactive learning platforms.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging art lessons and workshops for students aged 8-16.
• Create and manage lesson plans that align with the AME curriculum and national education standards.
• Use a variety of art materials and digital tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, to enhance the learning experience.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Collaborate with other instructors and the AME team to ensure a cohesive and enriching program for all students.
• Organize and participate in school events, exhibitions, and community art projects.
• Promote the benefits of art education and engage with parents and guardians to build a strong community.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in art education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching art to children or young adults.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian national education standards and curriculum.
• Certification in teaching art or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for art and a commitment to nurturing young talent.
• Familiarity with digital art tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
