PT Permata Bintang is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently utilized.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, including regular servicing and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, implementing measures to reduce expenses.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance status.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
