📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Coordinate with team members to address any production issues or bottlenecks.,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the production environment.,Ability to travel occasionally for site visits and inspections.
