📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Oversee the performance and maintenance of all IT systems and software to ensure optimal functionality and security.,Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial plans and budgets.,Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management and financial services, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.,Proven experience in managing IT systems and software within a financial services environment.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CRISC are a plus.
