In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the travel and tourism industry and a deep understanding of the local market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and email campaigns.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print.,Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance to make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.,Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and a passion for the travel and tourism industry.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems and analytics tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
