Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all aspects of the project are addressed.,Ensure that all construction work is carried out to the highest quality standards and complies with relevant regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.,Prepare and submit progress reports, financial reports, and other documentation as required.,Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that their vision is realized in the final product.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure that the team is always working efficiently and effectively.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in Construction Management, with a focus on A1 Maincon projects.,Proven track record of successfully managing high-end construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience working in Bali or a similar tropical environment is a plus.,Ability to travel to project sites as required.🛠️ Keahlian
