📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement communications strategies to promote ADB's development projects and initiatives.,Create high-quality written content, including press releases, articles, and reports, that effectively communicate ADB's work to stakeholders.,Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely and accurate dissemination of communications materials.,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and develop compelling narratives.,Monitor media coverage and develop media relations strategies to enhance ADB's visibility and reputation.,Provide editorial oversight and guidance to junior staff to ensure high-quality output.,Stay informed about trends and best practices in development communications and incorporate these into ADB's communications strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in development communications, editorial management, or a related field.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective communications strategies.,Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.,Experience in managing editorial teams and providing guidance to junior staff.,Familiarity with development finance, international development, and ADB's work would be an advantage.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of other languages, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region, would be an advantage.
