📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer orders.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Participate in menu development and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of Indonesian cuisine.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment is a plus.
