ERIKS is seeking a Strategic Procurement Buyer to join our team on a short-term contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality materials and supplies to meet the operational needs of our business. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company in the heart of Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and supplies.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-effective procurement opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
