📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures, ensuring all equipment is in working order and ready for use.
• Assist dental professionals with patient registration and record-keeping, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient files.
• Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Support dental hygienists with pre-procedure preparations, including sterilization of instruments and setting up treatment areas.
• Monitor patient vital signs and ensure their comfort throughout the treatment process.
• Assist with post-procedure care, including cleaning up treatment areas and providing patients with necessary aftercare instructions.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow, adhering to clinic protocols and standards.
• Participate in continuous learning and development, staying updated with the latest advancements in dental care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Nurse or similar role in a dental clinic or healthcare facility.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with dental hygiene practices and procedures.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move patients or equipment as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and practices in the dental field.
