📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customers' locations to collect outstanding payments
• Negotiate with customers to settle overdue accounts
• Follow up on accounts that are past due
• Document all collection activities and outcomes
• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage timely payments
• Provide regular reports to management on collection progress
• Assist in the organization and execution of auction events
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and auction procedures
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel to various locations
