📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.

Monitor and manage supplier performance.

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans.

Manage procurement budgets and costs.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Conduct market research and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proficient in using procurement and ERP systems.

Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proven track record of cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
