📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payroll for 50+ clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Maintain and update employee records using SAP Payroll software.
• Handle employee benefits administration, including insurance and retirement plans.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including tax forms and benefit statements.
• Assist in payroll audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest payroll regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing or accounting.
• Familiarity with SAP Payroll software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
