📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Take and manage reservations using our in-house reservation system
- Operate POS systems like SAP or Oracle Hospitality to process orders and transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to manage orders and ensure timely delivery
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Stay updated on menu items and special offers
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front of house role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with POS systems like SAP or Oracle Hospitality is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in English is required
- Bali local knowledge is a bonus
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a bustling environment
