📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Process and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing goods to ensure they meet customer specifications.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage warehouse space effectively to optimize storage and reduce costs.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to inventory and outbound processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or similar roles.
- Proven experience in inventory management and outbound processes.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
