Human Resources Executive (Recruitment) - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Eastern Decorator Sdn Bhd is a leading interior design and decoration company in Bali, known for its innovative and high-quality projects. We are looking for a Human Resources Executive (Recruitment) to join our team in Canggu and help us build a strong and dynamic workforce. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our business growth.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will use various tools such as Jobvite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed to attract and engage candidates. Your mission is to create a proactive talent pipeline and ensure that we hire the best candidates for our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
• Conduct job analyses and design job descriptions to attract the right candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Provide HR support to employees, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in using recruitment tools such as Jobvite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
